Who can be nominated
Dyslexic young people aged 14 to 19, living in the UK or the Channel Islands. Anyone who believes someone deserves recognition can submit a nomination.
What the judges are looking for
The judges look for creative young thinkers who have invented, designed, improved, or developed something new — a product, an idea, a tool, a project, or a new way of doing something. The innovation could be linked to school, college, technology, business, arts, community projects, hobbies, the environment — anything they’re passionate about.
What matters most is creativity, determination, and dyslexic thinking in action — young people who had an idea (or many ideas) and took action to bring it to life.
What to tell us in your nomination
Tell us what, why, and how they innovated. What motivated them. What impact their idea or creation has had on you, others, or their community. What makes them special and deserving of this award.
