About the awards

A difference, not a deficit.

Founded in 2015 by Elizabeth Wilkinson MBE, the Dyslexia Awards focus on positives, strengths and abilities. We celebrate the artists, entrepreneurs, innovators and community champions whose dyslexic minds are quietly remarkable.

Nominations come from across the UK and the Channel Islands. Eight awards. One judging panel of educators, advocates and past winners. One stage, one evening, many lives changed.
